Dr. Diedra L. Clay, Founding Member of SeaGate Psychological Services, PLLC, is a licensed Clinical Health Psychologist specializing in working with individuals, couples and families. She maintains a full time private practice in Seattle, WA.  She was educated at the Washington School of Professional Psychology in Seattle, WA.  Dr. Clay was an Associate Professor and Chair of the Counseling Psychology Department at Argosy University, Seattle, and also the Counseling & Health Psychology Department at Bastyr University.  With over 28 years experience as a psychotherapist specializing in Health and Forensic Psychology, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients for testing and psychotherapy.

Dr. Clay is an interactive, relationship-focused psychotherapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain personal growth.
